Terms of Use
By using devaiper.com ("the site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the site is#
DevAIper publishes articles and course material about AI for software engineers. It is educational and informational. It is not professional, legal, security or financial advice.
Content and copyright#
Unless a page says otherwise, the articles, diagrams and drawings are © Belgacem Aloui and DevAIper. You are welcome to:
- link to any page;
- quote short excerpts with a clear link back to the original page;
- use the code examples in your own projects, personal or commercial.
Please do not republish whole articles, scrape the site to republish its content, or present the material as your own. If you want to translate or reuse a full article, ask first through the contact page.
Product names, logos and trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their owners. Mentioning a product does not mean it is endorsed by, or affiliated with, DevAIper unless stated.
No warranty#
The content is provided "as is". AI tools, APIs, model names, prices and features change quickly, so a post can become out of date. Code examples are intended for learning. Review and test them before using them in production, especially code that touches credentials, files, databases or money. We do not guarantee that content is complete, accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability#
To the extent the law allows, DevAIper and its author are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content, including any loss caused by code, commands or configuration you run based on it.
Links to other sites#
The site links to documentation, repositories, videos and other sites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Advertising#
The site may display advertising, including through Google AdSense. Ads are served by third parties and appear separately from the articles. We do not endorse advertised products. See the privacy policy for how advertising works and how to control it.
Acceptable use#
Do not use the site to break the law, attempt to disrupt or overload it, or interfere with its advertising, for example by clicking ads in order to inflate their numbers or by encouraging others to do so.
Changes#
We may update these terms and will change the "last updated" date when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
